Halloween!!

Halloween is Melanie's most favorite holiday. Even though she was a little under the weather most of the weekend we still found time to carve our pumpkin. This year our Jack O' Lantern read "Don't Act Like UR Not Impressed". It was awesome.....

Families Supporting Adoption Conference

Here we are at the Families Supporting Adoption Conference. It was such an amazing experience. We had the opportunity to listen to stories from the birth mother's point of view. We were so blessed to hear heroic stories told by the women we love and admire. We hope to go to another one soon!

Summer Vacation 2010

We love the fact that Jade is terrified of swimming pools, but absolutely loves swimming and jumping in the lake. Crazy pups!!

Fishing!!

Earlier this month we got to go camping with Melanie's brothers. We had so much fun! We discovered on our trip that Jade will go nuts around fish! Here is an awesome picture of Melanie's brother Bryan teasing our dog Jade. She also liked to bury bread. Our dog is weird!!

Both of us are from the coast of California and have been feeling kind of home sick so we decided to try out the aquarium in Mesa. We had a fun time although it cannot compare to the Monterrey Bay Aquarium!!

This is us in Melanie's parent's backyard in Phoenix. It was taken by Melanie's brother who is a photographer. Almost every Sunday Melanie's parents have family dinner at their house. YUM!

This first picture is of Josh's family last year in Nevada. We were all there to see Josh's sister's new baby. This next picture is of Melanie's parents and brothers. Family is extremely important to us and we love our family unconditionally.

These pictures were taken during summer vacation with Josh's family. we love being on the boat, swimming, skiing, and wake boarding together. We look forward to it every year!

This is really such a fun time for Josh's family. Every Christmas they go camping in the dessert and they ride quads and motorcycles. It is hard for all of the family members to still get together, but somehow it all works out. It's really nice to have everyone together.

Melanie's family is all about music. A few Christmas' ago we all got together and had a family "band jam". Including drums, guitar and bass guitar. While we were all playing our instruments Grandpa was teaching our nephew how to keep the beat.

This really was the best day! We were all so excited for Josh to graduate from Arizona Sate University. He graduated with honors, of course!

Jade loves to hike!

This is a trail that we like to go to near Scottsdale, AZ. We have had Jade or almost 4 years and she really is a good dog and we love to take her hiking with us. She is really loving and mellow.

The Grand Canyon for our anniversary. It was beautiful!

We decided to drive to the Grand Canyon for our third anniversary. We love traveling to the mountains and camping. It really was so much fun and incredibly beautiful!
